Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Time

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 7–9 business days, depending on your location. Total delivery time (processing + shipping) is generally 8–12 business days from order placement.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Any applicable free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Delays

While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, customs processing (for international orders), weather, or high order volume. We appreciate your patience and will assist with any concerns regarding delayed shipments.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. International Shipping

We currently ship to the U.S. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied by their country. These fees are not included in your order total and are collected separately by the carrier or customs authority.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or household members first, then contact your local carrier. If the issue remains unresolved, email us at saulamartin16@gmail.com and we will investigate on a case-by-case basis.
