All products sold by Charisma Maxxing are digital goods delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the file has been delivered or made available for download.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any digital product, including individual volumes and the complete collection, except where required by applicable law.

If you experience a technical issue with your purchase, such as a corrupted file, a failed download, or not receiving access to your purchase, contact us at [email] and we will resolve the issue by providing a working copy of the product. This is the sole remedy offered for technical issues and does not constitute a right to a refund for any other reason, including dissatisfaction with content, change of mind, or failure to use the product.
